Welcome to the Churches Together in Felixstowe Website. Whether you are part of a local Church fellowship, a visitor, or new to Felixstowe, we pray that you will be able find all you need about the churches in the area and how we work to build the Kingdom of God in Felixstowe and the villages on the Colneis Peninsula.
We have Rev Dr Matthew Ling Hospital, Chaplain at Ipswich Hospital to lead us in our prayers on April 19th at 11am on Zoom. Connection details are below.
On 15th March we welcomed Andy Jowitt from A Rocha UK who talked about his work on Foxearth Meadows which is a nature reserve at Long Melford near Sudbury. A Rocha is a Christian environmental charity that has many projects internationally. If you want to find out more please go to A Rocha’s Website. They also do an Eco Church scheme and you can find out more details if you follow this link.
If you would like to discover more about Foxearth Meadows then they have a Facebook Page: click on this link
Andy kindly allowed us to release his notes for the talk he gave and are an excellent insight into a conservation project here in Suffolk and those who have been doing the Lent Course will find his thoughts on environmental issues interesting.
You can also contact Andy using the information below.
